Every pupusa is shaped by hand using recipes passed down through generations — thick corn tortillas stuffed with cheese, beans, loroco, and pork, then grilled to golden perfection.

Pupusas Salvadoreñas was born from a simple conviction: that the best meals are the ones made with patience, love, and recipes that have been treasured across generations.
Our founder brought traditional Salvadoran cooking from the streets of San Salvador to Little Rock, where every morning begins with hand-grinding corn masa and preparing fresh curtido. There are no shortcuts here — just the same methods her grandmother taught her, perfected over decades.
Today, we welcome neighbors and visitors alike into our dining room, where the aroma of freshly griddled pupusas greets you at the door and every bite tastes like home.
